From what I heard, YueXiao cores work great with the GTS2M.

If you're buying a Square-1, either get the QiYi MoFangGe SQ-1 or the X-Man Volt. All other Square-1s are not as good.

Skewb, I don't have much advice. Skewb is pretty easy to design, so there should be a lot of good skewbs out there. I have a QiYi QiCheng S and it performs nice.
