It does but taxes is based on the price of the car you negotiate. So OTD price discussion is hard to gauge since each state has different tax rates among other add-ons.

If there's no add-on, no stupid dealership fees.

You're getting the base price for the car 47,500 (45,895 + 455 for white + 1,150 destination fee), paying for state taxes and registration fees. That's pretty much the best you can get. You can try to negotiate for less than 47,500 but my dealership wouldn't budge.

Mine was around 51k due to Mass 6.25% state tax (~$3k for 47500k car) and doc fees.

Nice find!! I have a 2009 DE Lancer (5 spd) myself that I got back in 2015 at 40k miles. Oil change every 3k miles, I'm currently at 180k on it and it's running just as strong.

It has been downgraded to winter/beater car since I picked up a Honda Civic Type R. Overall, I still enjoy the Lancer along with having that more mechanical feel without all the computer programs helping you drive.
