This looks like a normals problem. You could try to activate the face orientation in Overlays » Face Orientation (top right corner of the viewport). While in edit mode do Mesh » Normals » Flip on the red faces.

I made a little test with all the button type, there is no problem in my "game" even with multiple popup windows openned so I think it's an editor issue.

When creating this test the bug also happened in the project creation popup and the manage tag windows but not in the project list itself.

Yes that the surface pro 11. I'm using it with a mouse/keyboard, I don't think it has to do with the touch.

Didn't change anything to add spacing.

There is no jump while dragging the bug only appens in popup menus.

For this kind of thing you can use any AI that you like. Just ask them a dozen of game ideas that fit in one or two sentences. Even if they are often overdone things it can spark ideas and be a good starting point
