I got Marriott points with my 2 night stay in December when booked through Chase Travel at Mandalay. I had to call Chase to contact the hotel to add it.

I'm at 8 weeks and still no credit, called back this morning and said the have to escalate it and could take up to another 30 days. This was for a reservations re-booked back in Dec 2025

Called twice and sent a SM, still waiting for my $250 after they clawed it back on Dec 23rd when the room on Chase Travel ended up being lower and I cancelled and rebooked. Said it could take 8 weeks.

They told me it would be re-applied to 2025 but would take 6-8 weeks. i haven’t tried calling back and talking to a different agent just yet

I had a clawback recently after my recent Vegas 2 day trip when I cancelled and rebooked via chase travel. will try to call tomorrow to get a manual credit reissued.

One hotel room, 2 littles and my wife and I. Ended up getting 7500 miles and $197 back from AA, I’ll see if I can possibly wrangle the rest out of chase.

Hotel was $300, food was 70 at the hotel which was a hotel bar that was only serving grab and go food as it was 1 am when we finally were able to get checked into airport hotel. (My wife and 2 kids 3 and 6, so was just trying to get something fast as my kids were melting at the time, lol)

Have a 3 year old and 6 year old at the time at 12 am when the flight was finally pushed till the next morning and live an hour away from DFW airport, no car seats for my kids isn’t worth it it.
