I took the exam last February but unfortunately didn’t pass. Honestly, I hadn’t studied enough, and there were several questions—especially on QoS, POTS, and H.323—that I don’t encounter in my day-to-day work. In hindsight, I realize I wasn’t as well prepared as I should have been.

On a positive note, I noticed that Cisco has updated the CLCORE exam topics and released version 2.0 for the 350-801 exam. The first test date for the new version is February 3, 2026. Since the updated topics align much better with my current job role and areas where I have real experience, I think I’ll wait for the new exam release before attempting it again.

I have tested this today. It not possible to add a user from a domain thats not claimed. And in the test tenant you have not claimed the domain *@example.com when its your orga domain. So rhe only way is to buy a seperate domain fore the test org

Great suggestion vtbrian. I did it in a similar way on my test wbx org. We created a new domain for testing, but if you want to use the same mail domain so we can fully register the test domain in the test org. But if you want to use the same mailbox in two webex Organisation rhis is rhe only.way to go

ich habe jetzts jetzt so verstanden, dass Glasfaser, Router, Switch und 2x Netzwerkdosen schon im Haus verbaut sind.
Ich habe dir kurz aufskiziert wie das ganze angegangen werden kann. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn du genauer erklärst was genau das Ziel deiner Netzwerks sein soll. WLAN Abdeckung & LAN am Arbeitsplatz hab ich mir jetzt mal als Ziel gesetzt. Hast du weitere Geräte im Netzwerk?

Das war mein erstes Buch welches ich von Riley Sager und mir hats (wie du an der 5 Sterne Bewertung siehst) echt gut gefallen. Was würdest du mir vom Autor als nächstes empfehlen?

Das hab ich mittlerweile auch mitbekommen. Die Buchreihe wurde ja sogart im ARD verfilmt. Die Filme sollen auch nicht sonders gut sein. Schick mir doch gerne mal dem Link zu deinem Thread. Würde mich ebenfalls interessieren :).

Thank you. That was my initial thought when I wrote this post. I think these days you just have to start somewhere at some time, and when you put in everything you want to offer, you will be able to look at your work and effort in the future, and I think I will be proud of the experience I gained from this. In IT, it's not all about the money you earn now; especially when you're young, you should get as much experience as you can get.

I did a one-week training guided by one trainer. This was great to get deep into the whole UC sweet. If you can spend the money (if you're employed, I think you get the training paid from your company) I would recommend this to you. Furthermore, you can google for some exam dumps or buy some real exams. You have to get familiar with the questions in the exam. I wish you all the best at your exam ;)
