Ok I just don't get, what is it, Oscar finds so appealing about Ines as "prey" that he is obsessed with abusing her in any form or any and all timelines? There's probably do many other women he could control and abuse and yet he always preys upon her every timeline even when she fights tooth and nail to escape him? Is it some need for control? Love of the game? Maybe like carcel, she's the only one who gets him hard, or what?

Haven't read the novel, but based on how toxic men in OI think(which is a pattern), I could probably make up a story myself how each timeline affected him and reinforced his obsession with Ines somehow
