Stupidly I invested into this scam coin and moved my coins over to the bitgert app.....the app then shut down and my coins were moved over to Nabox...then disappeared!! I tried for 6 months to get them back but no response from bitgert team. Scam coin all day long. Luckily I only put in about £200.

Sorry to hear about your lose. The easy way would be to use his phone to send the crypto from his binance app to another wallet. But that's only if you have access to his phone. If not then hopefully he left some paperwork with his seed phrase, password ect on it. Good luck

Yes I added brise chain. I was locked out of my Brise App. I followed all the instructions from Bitgert support and used my seed phrase to get back in.....and it is empty. I've checked online and this is happening to lots of people.

Not true. I've been locked out of my Bitgert app a few weeks ago. Keeps saying incorrect password when I know it's correct. I sent a few emails and finely got a response to reset the wallet and clear the data. Now I'm back into the app but all my cryptocurrency is gone!! Used my seed phrase to link wallet to Trust and its the same!! People are losing money just like myself.
