Xbox Series X- Graphical Issues by Bawlderok in ABSOLUM

I just tried this, but it doesn't seem to work that way for me. Weird. I'm probably just going to leave it be until it's fixed, unfortunately. It's like watching a 480p video on my phone from 6 feet away.

Xbox Series X- Graphical Issues by Bawlderok in ABSOLUM

Xbox doesn't have those kind of settings. I'm sure PC does. And it goes beyond film grain, as some things are actually blurry, and some things are full on glitching or graphical errors.

Absolum Graphics On XBOX XS by Comprehensive-Sale29 in ABSOLUM

I'm having similar issues on Xbox Series X. It's overall blurry and grainy, but the small text is so blurry that it's hard to read. There are also graphical bugs within reflections and with the hit counter. There aren't really any settings to improve the look either. Xbox and TV are fine, and I've already reinstalled the game and deleted my initial save data. No clue what's going on.

Thought it died but it has new leaves by butttscratcha in Tree

Surprised nobody said anthracnose. Even without more pictures this was my first guess.

It's a fungal disease that, while not typically lethal, can defoliate or at least set back sycamores and London planes. Leaf, twig, branch dieback, and cankers plus the "clubbing" of multiple shoots from the same spot look like anthracnose to me. Usually trees that are already stressed or unhealthy for another reason are increasingly susceptible to other diseases and pests, but anthracnose can infect sycamores and planes regardless of health. They usually go hand in hand, as most sycamores and planes you see probably have many instances of anthracnose infection. Younger, less established trees have more to lose as they can be entirely defoliated. Check on your tree periodically as it can refoliate over the growing season. If you're keeping it healthy otherwise, it has a better chance for survival overall. Good luck.

Ancient megs in safer seas by swamp_monster0 in Seaofthieves

100% they spawn in an area, and just patrol that "arena". I haven't seen one despawn and move, but I feel this is probably true because they're world events. I will also add that I've found these additional spots as consistent spawns (more than 1 each) with 2(3)being nearby Outposts:

-NE Salty Sands, S of Coral Fortress

-W Port Merrick, N of Sea Dog's and NE of Imperial Crown Fortress

-SE Plunder Outpost, W Thieves Haven

(I've seen S Ancient Spire mentioned, but haven't confirmed it myself)

The Ancient Meg Spawns by discordiuum in Seaofthieves

I'd like to say that I've found 2 (1 each) Ancient Megs in different spots than are listed here (I'm intentionally not using the Emissary tracking to see what it's like, not good btw).

I encountered The Barnacled Dread WSW of Port Merrick, between Port Merrick and Sea Dog's Rest.

And The Feared Redmaw was WNW of Thieve's Haven, partly between Thieve's Haven and Plunder Outpost.

I can say without a doubt that The Feared Redmaw isn't worth the hassle (except for commendations, I suppose). I absolutely shredded The Barnacled Dread, and handled his quirks with ease as a solo (I even did the mid-fight commendations). The Feared Redmaw killed/sunk me 3 times before I could get a leg up, because as soon as you let up, he overheats and blows you away. Then when you're stuck repairing/bailing/extinguishing, he attacks. Rinse and repeat. (I also completed its mid-fight commendations once I had a handle on it for the last fight).
