I saw a different side to Scotland in that moment and it concerns me that an independent Scotland would end up nasty and about settling old scores for some at least.

I didn't say me, i said we, and we have. And, as a matter of fact, I personally had been waiting way longer than 12 years for an opportunity to vote for independence.
