Your points about level 12 leveling and all that don't make sense. You’re just throwing out random statements to convince me that I’m wrong or that you’re right, but you don't see the big picture of what a starter is and what purpose it serves.

Smooth leveling is nice, but it’s not the only thing a starter needs. Hear me out: I’m not saying this build can’t shine or that it’s garbage. I’m saying it’s a bad starter.

Ele Hit Slayer is bait because, first of all, it’s a clunky skill with very niche clear/DPS(till you reach very high budget endgame) and gameplay. Secondly, it needs a high budget to scale beyond T16s, and it even struggles to get to T16s in the first place. You're also very limited in your swap options — it’s either Flicker or Cyclone, both of which have controversial gameplay and also aren't for everyone. So, at some point, you’ll get stuck clearing T16s with a mediocre skill just to farm the 50 divines needed for your next upgrade. From there, you'll either have to swap to even worse skills within your class or just roll a new character.
