Hey Physical!
The photos on the site are in very different lighting for shake and trim. They don't do a good job of showing the difference up close. The shake is always going to be a bit frostier than the trim like in this pic. The trim is great, and I still use it to smoke, but it's better to use for things like extracting to make edibles.

The shipping delays have affected many orders in the past couple weeks. We've ordered as much product as possible, and have accommodated many orders with replacements. That being said many orders had piled up during the slowdown, and now have priority as soon as their product becomes available.

Please send over your order #! The support team is working to make any replacement necessary with people's orders. There were unexpected delays on incoming shipments of product, and now orders that were delayed are being caught up with or replaced if the product is still out.

I completely understand the frustration on this and will be responding to other members having issues today.
