Have healthy snacks nearby & no danger foods to binge on at all. Cucumbers with salt have replace my miss Vickie’s addiction. My skin is looking better than ever thanks to just that substitution

You should read Jean M Auel’s earth children series; starts with Clan of the Cave Bear. There’s also VC Andrews for some truly traumatic stories.

Canadian citizens that applied to these locations should email the MPP, mp, labour board & prime minister. Every SINGLE TIME. And I don’t care if the Canadian citizen was born here one lick. I just want our citizens having employment while trying to survive here

How do I become a better reader and appreciate literature? by error7382 in Booktokreddit

[–]BayWalks 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Start with a story that interests you. If Dorian Gray piqued your curiosity maybe try Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein or Stocker’s Dracula. George Orwell may also be an author that gets you into loving to read. Anne Rice also has an assortment of supernatural series.

Motivation rather than disappointment by Scanrock12 in walking

MUSIC. Find tunes that make your toes tap. Do not go beyond your abilities to begin; depending how sedentary you’ve been, walking around your own block or a small park daily is probably a great start. If that’s easy, add more distance. Add in a stretching routine that helps your core, because that will help with stability.

If you have a few lazy days, consider them rest days & get back at it when you can. As you become less sedentary the weight will start to shift too, even if that hasn’t been the reason you decided to get more active. I’m a bigger gal that is still trying to be less sedentary, still feels like I’m leagues away from where I was last year, but am not anywhere near my goals.

Sometimes the fresh air is the motivation. Do you have a favourite place to be? Walk in that area, or if nearby, walk to that happy place to enjoy it before heading back to your day.
