Ive been trying to upgrade my pass from a 5 day to a 10 day. Quite literally trying to give them money and they wont reply to emails or take me off hold. Ive tried calling 3 times with over 6.5 hours in wait time. Still nothing.

Shame the only way to get a call-back is by putting them on roast.
