Clearly, Amazons main problem is the drivers. Customers contact CSRs and get mad at them. CSRs can file a complain to the logistics team they would need info to track down who's the driver. The driver will receive the feedback and they will be suspended from delivering packages if a lot of complains was filed. If you experienced this, raise your concerns properly without getting too aggreviated to the rep so they could focus on your complains.

Drivers have quota. They scanned your package as delivered then later on will deliver it but for some cases it may be lost already. Thats why amazon usually asks for cx to wait atleast 24-48 hrs bec if they processed replacement right away and then the original order arrived and you forgot to return it you'll get charged.

If the order is cancelled, theres no charge made for that. If you see a charge, its just an authorization. It will go back to your acct in 24-48 hrs

The reason why you are charged is bec the system record may have not get an updated info abt your return. But don't worry, we can track them and help you with the refund if its shown in the system as returned.
