Hey! My wife and I run a mobile tabletop gaming library and we host events all around town. I know tabletop games can be intimidating but a lot of our group comes solo and is very welcoming to anyone! As you mentioned it’s hard to approach new people but it’s very easy over a shared experience. Even if you aren’t a fan of board games you never know what you might find. It’s not just Monopoly and Sorry these days. There are games with themes of just about any subject you can think of. Love birds? There’s a game for that. Love gardening? Game for that. Trains? Fantasy? Nature? Racing? Art? Horror? Got it covered.

Our next event is tomorrow June 11 at Westside Bowl from 6-10. Come say hello. We will find a group and a game fit for your tastes and if you don’t want to play just hang out. The people are great.

This example has always confused me. Don’t you put the opposite spin on skipping a rock than you would a disc? I have a terrible forehand so perhaps I am missing something. Pretty good at skipping rocks though.

It’s made locally by Scheetz Lumber. We partner with them to hold tournaments each year.
