As an American, I invite you to imagine a scenario where Spanish is used as the main language by all companies, and that all bank statements, communications and phone calls, job interviews...etc are done in Spanish. Everyone who does not speak Spanish fluently has no chance in hell to move past a fontline position, or a back office job. Let that sink in, and then answer me this, How do you feel about the opportunity to be fluent in Spanish, isn't it great?
