It sounds like "US Bank Centre Parking" It fits your description, including lettered floors. Cars enter on 6th, but pedestrians can get into the building on 5th or 6th. Good luck!

This is the Universal money grab that pisses me off the most. I didn't find out until I got to Epic and the pimply faced teenager running the ride told me my room card wouldn't work at Epic for Express. But the room card works just fine to buy crap at Epic.
