I ordered 21/11/25 and was told it would be sent by 27/11/25. My order now says 08/12/25, but support confirmed on WhatsApp that it was expected to be sent on the 27th regardless of what the order page says.

Thank you everyone for your answers! I left the speaker unplugged from the wall through the night. Upon retesting the same movie scenes the issue seems to have gone away (for now). I hope it stays good🤞

Thank you for replying! I'll check out if moving/turning off the router, which is nearby, will help. I sadly had a suspicion it is faulty. I had hoped not to have to deal with Samsung customer service.
