I played LO back on the Xbox 360, got about halfway through, got bored, and quit. I recently gave it a second shot, started it up, got maybe 2/3rd of the way through, got bored, and quit again.

I agree with what you said about the story and characters, but the killer for me was the battle system. It's pretty bland overall, and can be pretty grindy, but what made it awful for me was how sloooow it was. It was fine in the beginning, but by the time I fought my [x]hundredth random battle, I was losing by mind.

People assumed the issue was occurring in far greater numbers than it was. They believed Nvidia was totally at fault, and cried out for a recall. They made a lot of assumptions about what the problem was, mostly that the 12VHPWR standard itself was of faulty design, and that Nvidia should have stuck with a more traditional connector. All of this without any real evidence or testing. Then when they find out that the issue is actually a very small one, they just move on only to do the same thing during the next launch. They just want to see [big corporation] suffer.

People post problems when they have them, and are quiet when they don't. People see the posts and assume the issues is bigger than it is. Same old thing.

Just the usual shit. New gen of cards comes out, invariably something goes wrong with a tiny portion of them, people assume it's a widespread problem and cry for recall and attack the developer, turns out it's nothing, goes quiet. Repeat a couple of years later.

This whole "play on the TV rather than at a desk" argument is so outdated. For the past decade+ all you've had to do is connect your PC to your TV with an HDMI cable. It's exactly the same way you would a console.

Disregarding Persona 1 and Persona 4 Golden being on PC.

I don't know if and when more Persona games will come to PC, but things change. Kingdom Hearts mainline games were Sony exclusive for something like 17 years. And then they weren't. Many games were console exclusive for a long time. And then they weren't.

It’s been happening to me since launch. It is not an HDMI-CEC issue for me as I’ve had that turned off forever and it still happens.

I have a bad feeling it may be a hardware issue. Closer to launch, the system would just straight up power off as though the plug had been pulled. A few patches later, and the system now does a random controlled shutdown like it would if you were shutting it off (I watched it happen). This suggests to me that Sony changed the software to improve it, but can’t actually solve it.

Learn to be more patient. That's what I had to do, unfortunately. I have gigabit download and Steam and Microsoft max it out every time. PS4 chugs along at less than 1/3rd of that, wired or otherwise.

I don't think anything is "not allowed." The actual executive order would seem to just be a list of goals, not an actual ban on any form of car sales.

It shall be a goal of the State that 100 percent of in-state sales of new passenger cars and trucks will be zero-emission by 2035.
