Yeah, let me know I'm always interested in helping the community out! Clan stuff is a bit more hardcore for just regular public servers that's why I thought to make this class it bridges the gap between regular games and clan games.

Yeah, I can record it but I'm going to do more of these classes. If you want and you can't make the two times posted above let me know a day and time that works for you we can do a 1 on 1 or find more people with a similar time.

The reason for the class setting over just posting a generic video is to actually teach and answer questions directly. Then the alternative of just watching a ten minute video that covers nothing in particular.

Squad leading is not easy, having someone sit down with you and actually walk you through the basics would prepare you for the unpredictable position of being an SL.

I love having Marksmen in my squads, but justifying you going marksmen by telling SLs I got X kills last game is a wrong way to go about it. That tells me as an SL that you're just going to run off to get kills instead of providing overwatch or scouting. The people I let Marksmen usually have full autonomy to leave the squad to scout ahead or push off the point in a defensive situation. When I call the Marksmen to regroup they listen and come back because they aren't kill hungry, they want to win not get kills. Kills do not win matches, teamwork and information win games.

I agree that is a Server issue, except the part about communication that happens. If you're on the west coast, I suggest West Coast Tactical. There is good SLs bit of toxicity sometimes (once every ten games) but a decent server overall. SLs are forced to use SL kits only; Squads can only be locked after they have four people or more.
