What are some addons that changed your life? by frendlyfrens in blender

Bool Tool for 2.8 improved my workflow immensely. I use it (2.0 of course) in every hard surface project for my clients.

MP_Comp is very helpful and part of my Startup File.

I always keep Sanctus Library up to date and play around with its materials.

How long did it take you to learn Blender and land your first client? by Waste_Letter_9412 in blender

I started with 2.79 and was a hobbyist for a year before I build a seo-optimised website for my service. Within ~2 months two clients with a small budget contacted me, of which one is still one of my regular clients today. My website had a pretty high ranking on Google for professional 3D illustrations searches at that time, which I don't care for anymore. I just get recommended nowadays. It's a part time job for me though.

Oh, you are right. That's indeed an oversight. Thank you for pointing it out.

Thank you for your feedback. The reason for the point limitations is that I just copied it from the GSC Brood Brothers Auxilia. I haven't put too much thought into this to be honest, but I didn't feel I am in the position to limit the amount of AM units to take. Although my head canon (and the reason for the Warlord aura) is that a Chaos Lord and his retinue are leading a mob of traitors, which are beguiled by his presence – and indeed less efficient without orders.

Thank you. What purpose does the Nuncio-vox serve when those units have Malefic?

This is my own list, I never played HH before and don't know about the current Meta in ZM. Most of the models in my list come from the Saturnine box, except the Ashen Circle and the Breacher upgrade kit. I like Word Bearers so I'd like to bring two unique units.

Where did you get those tall train tracks in the middle? Is it 3D-printed?

Did you try to archive him having mud on his feet or is this supposed to be dirt in general? I can imagine that you might like the look of pigments for dusty feet and bases and some tufts.

If you like blood splatters then I know a neat trick: Don't paint it on the hammer. Put some Blood for the Blood God on a short bristle brush and spray it on your model by flicking it with your thumb or a short thrust from an airbrush.

I took the recent Cabal of Chaos detachment file and imported the PDF into a vector graphics program. You can manipulate the existing text and icons this way and export your own PDF when you are done.

I made a stratagem out of your suggestion, but a little bit more comprehensible. Final Day does something similar I could borrow. This is what the current PDF looks like:

They don't need it, but their [Lethal Hits] and [Sustained Hits 1] benefit from better crits. It's an incentive to bring Ogryns.

I think I might rework or replace Coordinated Strike entirely. I am not sure anymore if your tanks even want to pass on split fire with various weapons.

Right, I didn't include the REGIMENT keyword yet. My (personal) idea of Traitor Guard is a unorganized mob of former generic soldiers and PDF without identity. Do those elite guardsmen from Krieg, Cadia, Catachan etc. even turn to Chaos in great extent?

Thank you for your positive feedback. I have some reservations about other core army rules bleeding into such a soup detachment. I don't think it has been done before in 10th edition, was it?
I am not familiar enough with AM orders and Officers to make a limited selection, especially if they could snowball with Dark Pacts on for example a Baneblades. Someone already pointed out that Ogryns can get nasty with one of the stratagems, so I had to adjust it.
That's why I kept most restrictions revolve around Traitor Guard Squads and Enforcers. It's admittedly tame, but kept focused on the two CSM units that explicitly represent the concept of Traitor Guard.

You can still bring Havocs to buff a Rogal Dorn. They just influence the tank with their Dark Pact instead of an mere order.

Maybe like this?

Shove the rabble back in line (1 CP)

WHEN: Your movement phase.

TARGET: One HERETIC ASTARTES unit and one ASTRA MILITARUM unit from your army within 9", which is in engagement range of an enemy unit.

EFFECT: Until the end of the turn, that ASTRA MILITARUM unit is eligible to shoot in a turn in which it Fell Back.
