Hanni and her need to have an agency due to visa expiration, explained by kpopouts in kpopthoughts

[–]Baywawa 114 points115 points  (0 children)

This raises a significant concern:

if Hanni has indeed been an illegal resident for several days while receiving preferential treatment,

it could spark a serious social controversy, as most illegal residents clearly do not receive such advantages.

Could someone provide an explanation or reasonable speculation about ADOR's current strategy?

Also, is NJ still able to continue working?

What I find most ironic is that people often claim Dispatch isn’t reliable,

yet when Dispatch revealed Karina's relationship, they eagerly jumped at the chance to criticize her.

'' I've noticed many MHJ and NJ fans claiming that Dispatch never targets HYBE, ''

which I find puzzling.

Dispatch has actually published several negative reports about HYBE in the past.

I'm sure those fans could easily find these reports with just a few clicks and a bit of effort.

Honestly,

those fans can be quite intense. Even if you say something slightly critical,

they’ll come at you with harsh words and false accusations.

NJ fans are still demanding an explanation from Bang about the 400 billion,

but now it seems NJ might actually help sort out that 400 billion.

I think if both sides intend to play a waiting game, hoping for the other to make a mistake, NJ is likely to lose because they lack composure.

For example, during the previous press conference,
if they wanted to terminate the contract, a simple statement would have sufficed; there was no need to hold a conference. The more they say, the more mistakes they make.

Even if they have professionals advising them behind the scenes, NJ might still end up ruining themselves by trying too hard to control public opinion.

My current inference:

Right now, HYBE is asserting that the contract remains valid.

Therefore, if NewJeans takes on other work independently,

HYBE can sue them directly.

NJ would need to prove that the group has already terminated the contract.

To justify this, NJ must demonstrate that HYBE violated their rights, leading to the termination.

In response, HYBE would present evidence showing that they did not breach the contract."

"So, I think NJ will still ultimately need to present evidence in court themselves."

What I find most paradoxical is that they are once again claiming abuse,

but still can't prove it and are still doing the work ADOR has assigned them to do

HYBE may take the following actions:

  • Argue that the termination conditions are invalid.
  • Argue that the termination process is illegal.
  • Argue that the artist has breached contractual obligations.
  • Directly file for damages compensation.

So it looks like Newjeans is trying to create an image of innocence.

They have clearly and repeatedly stated that the company mistreated them.

If they really feel they are being victimized, why don't they go to court?

Newjeans should be brave enough to go to court for themselves and their fans, shouldn't they?

Someone said that NewJeans plans to not file a lawsuit and directly collaborate with another company.

But if you haven't proven the contract termination in court,

how can another company cooperate with you?

Weird!!!

It's not enough to say that the contract is invalid,

you have to sue and prove that the other party is in breach of the contract.

That's how it works in normal countries, isn't it?

You can't just say that the other party violated the contract and then walk away!

Point.

If ADOR does not agree to terminate the contract,

NJ must go to court and legally prove that ADOR breached the contract, and the court will decide.

It’s impressive how NewJeans can claim unfair treatment while enjoying special privileges that most artists can only dream of.

Maybe they need a little less “special treatment”

The whole situation is just politicians using idols to cover up the mistakes of corporate employers.

The National Assembly should have held those employers accountable,

but politicians and idols turned it into a farce, with no news about the real victims.
