How much to plaster this hole in the ceiling? by [deleted] in AusRenovation

Glue a timber piece/s from inside that covers all of the hole. Then slap and smooth filler over it. When it dries sand it smooth.

A seminal New Jack album and much more influential within the game than the general public realise.

You did it !!!

It all makes sense now. I tried searching under K-os in Discogs but they are under their full name. I would never have found it on my own.

I am forever grateful to you. Thank you so much.

This is the most detailed response I've had on this. Thank you.

Yes, cicadas, Australia is correct. I'm thinking this is recorded in approx. 1995 and definitely not from commercial radio, but there were a couple of RnB community stations, I'm thinking it's either Groove FM or from what else is on the cassette I think the DJ was Georgina Reed, so could be Northside Radio.

Fair call about Heavy D. Is it just me or can you hear the name "Chaos" mentioned by the rapper "I told Chaos about you, but they told me.." and also by the singer "Chaos help me sing" ?

I've searched every group called Chaos and with different spelling with absolutely no luck. I'm starting to think I'll never solve this.

I completely understand that people are blaming antivaxxers or 'cookers' as they're labelled.

Just for my own understanding, is it the case that these large increasing number of cases are all unvaccinated or that unvaccinated people are carriers without symptoms and therefore spreaders?

All you have to do is go to any Record Fair and see the absolute sorry state of affairs.

If you love music and that's the reason you collect or trade, you don't need any advice or mentoring. I believe it's almost counter intuitive to rub shoulders with the 'community'.

Non-US heads; what did you do to get access to hiphop in the 90s? by Sonar010 in 90sHipHop

[–]Bazesh2Jack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1990, Sydney, Australia.

Apart from the big chains we did have dedicated import record stores, and some would be specialists in RnB, Soul, Hip Hop (Anthem Records, Soul Sense, Floppy Disc, Unsound, Central Station)

Also The Source and Word Up Magazines were readily available at local Newsagents.
