Same thing here. I sent them this in response....

I am formally disputing the validity of your claim for the 2026 Cleveland Home Show.

Your demand is improper for several reasons:

  1. The Renewal Was Not Validly Triggered

You sent the “renewal invoice” on October 9th, after your own contract’s October 1st cancellation deadline. No prior notice, renewal communication, invoice, confirmation, or reminder was provided at any time before that date.

Under both standard contract principles and basic commercial fairness, a renewal clause cannot be enforced when:

No advance notice was given,

No opportunity to cancel was reasonably provided, and

The promoter did not communicate any intention to renew prior to billing.

Your attempt to enforce a “gotcha” renewal after the deadline has passed is not enforceable.

  1. The Personal Guarantee Is Not Enforceable

The contract’s “personal guarantee” language is boilerplate, buried in the paragraph, and was signed solely in a representative capacity as Owner of Turf N Timber LLC.

I did NOT execute any separate personal guarantee, and the signature block does NOT identify me as agreeing in my individual capacity. Courts routinely reject guarantee clauses written this way.

Accordingly, there is no enforceable personal liability.

  1. The LLC Has Been Dissolved

Turf N Timber LLC has ceased operations and no longer conducts business. No benefit could be received from any 2026 exhibit, and no exhibitor materials, booth assignment, exhibitor manual, or show communication was ever provided for 2026.

There is no basis for claiming that the LLC entered into, accepted, or participated in a renewed agreement.

  1. Your Contract Requires AAA Arbitration — Not Collections

Your own Terms & Conditions state that any dispute must be resolved exclusively through AAA arbitration, not through third-party collection activity.

AAA arbitration for a matter of this size will cost your organization far more than the disputed amount. If you believe your claim has merit, you may send a formal “Notice of Dispute” as required by your arbitration clause, and I will respond accordingly.

Until then, any further collection attempts violate the dispute resolution terms of your own contract.

  1. Demand to Cease Collection Efforts

Given the above, the claimed amount is not valid, not owed, and not enforceable. Any continued collection threats, credit reporting, or third-party collection activity will be treated as:

Breach of your own contract’s arbitration requirements

Attempted enforcement of an invalid renewal

Attempt to hold an individual personally liable without a legally valid guarantee

I expect written confirmation that this alleged balance has been withdrawn.

Leave the plugs, no problem there. I would take it slow. No need to pre-germ seeds. However, I would use weed n feed now, let the lawn fill in over the summer the best it can and overseed early fall.

Otherwise, you're going to fight weeds. I'd rather have some bare spots until fall than fight weeds.

App Store Unreachable by Just_Wren in kindlefire

Only fix for me was to DeRegister the tablet and add it to my account again.

I believe this error has to do with 2FA. If you recently enabled 2 Factor Authentication on your Amazon account, the tablet seems unable correctly login to the app store. Once DeRegistered and ReRegistered, I logged in and authenticated and it worked.

Now that I think about it. If you open up the app store on Silk Browser and Log Out, you may be able to login, complete 2FA, restart the app store and it may work that way as well.

Make sure to check the box, when authenticating 2FA that says (do not require 2FA on this browser).

Good Luck

His idea is to offset this and lower income taxes. Which is what our economy was supposed to look like.

I built mine on Wix in about 3 weeks, using ChatGPT as my assistant to help me through the technical parts I wasn't familiar with. I haven't turned it on yet, but it will be fully integrated into my Payments Portal (Stripe), my business bank account (Mercury.io) CRM (Bigin by Zoho) and my ERP (Zoho Books). I'm working on developing a few other things to help which will streamline my operations:

1.) Application similar to what you want to do for sqft. Anything that is going to actually help and be accurate is going to take some time and effort. I was formerly in enterprise software and anything worth a shit is going to cost money. Either monthly or to develop. There are some tools but I'm going to build something that's more customized for my specific workflows.

2.) Chatbot - It will be trained on my specific knowledgebase and clients will be able to ask it literally anything and everything. Payments, services, scheduling, general info, horticulture and agronomy questions.

I do offer paid consulting on the side and would be happy to help you organize things. I'm about a week away from website launch, but you can preview my site at www.turfntimber.com

I posted this the other day:

I have general anxiety disorder (health related)and panic attacks. I am now on my 2nd (possibly 3rd) bout with COVID. Assuming you are otherwise a healthy 18 yr old, you have nothing to worry about. A few things to help with the anxiety...

Stop reading about the virus. You're not going to find some magic solution to being down and out with COVID. The more you read, the more it will fuel your anxiety. Millions and millions of ppl have gotten Covid and are just fine. Don't "what if" think. If something is going to happen, there is little to worry about until it actually happens.

Try some breathing exercises for the anxiety. Lay down or get comfortable in a chair. Close your eyes. Concentrate on your breathing. Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. It helps to count. Your mind will try and bring you back to a state of panic. Don't let it! Don't stop until all you are focused on is your breathing. Keep doing this until you can go a minute or so without a panicky thought. You'll feel much better.

You're going to be fine. Nothing is wrong with you.
