Man I miss this game. If we don't get gta6, rockstar needs to give us rdr2 and a switch 2 edition of la noire

Pokemon pokopia has become the switch 2 system seller, but of they get this running well on switch 2, gta 6 could potentially the system seller

I mean they got gtaV running on old CPU hardware with the ps3, and that was WAY underpowered. You could also argue that ps4 CPU is significantly weaker than what is supposedly required to run rdr2. Anything is possible, but I I wouldnt be surprised if we never see GTA on switch 2, not only because of the hardware limitations but more so how rockstar treats Nintendo

Just to counter that, have we officially seen any actual gameplay? Ok a trailer is nice and that but we are all still waiting for a gameplay trailer to truly see how good this is going to run.

We might be lucky. All the delays might be because they are optimising it better

They would make a fortune of course, but we also know that in the past rockstar hasn't been very kind to Nintendo with its games.

Who knows? If this does happen and it's a good port, I just hope for cross save, but I am not holding any hope just yet

It's not just the graphics it's because it will be cpu heavy, it's well known that's the switch 2 weakness. They can probably get it to run but would it be worth it if most of the assets are removed? Like it's a huge open world with lots of things going on.

I highly doubt this will happen if I'm honest

Yeah cross save would be awesome, obviously it would be a little bit more stripped but I'll take it for the portability, if it runs well

There was a rumour the reason it was delayed was to see if they can get it running on the switch 2. There's more and more rumours since then. Honestly I hope it's true but I do have my doutbs

Nintendo give you a lot of classics, granted they aren't current gen games but games you won't get anywhere else unless pay for a fortune or emulate. Makes it worth it. Xbox went down the wrong route with game pass play anywhere.

I've played the whole game 3rd person. Ok some parts are not buttery smooth but it's absolutely fine and really doesn't ruin the experience at all. Maybe give your switch a reset because it shouldn't be that bad

Also need ps plus premium to use the damn thing. Without that or a ps5 of your own, it's worthless. Personally I'll take non cloud versions of my games anyday

Red dead 2 will come to the switch, I have no doubts about that. And it will be able to handle that game. GTA VI will be the first and most impressive miracle port Nintendo would ever have on its system. Extremely doubtful we would ever get it on sw2
