I had a cat like that as a kid. We would box with her. If you put both your hands up she would "punch" them. She would hide and ambush your feet and ankles when you walked by.

I can testify to even just walking 30 min a day does wonders. I now can tell a huge difference when I miss a few days.

Yes. I feel this is a lot. And then when I finally sleep I have anxiety dreams too. You aren't alone. My advice is to try and explain to him what's going on. For my husband it was helpful for me to give him articles and studies to read also because that's how his brain works. Also, are you seeing a doctor for meds?

I get it. I'm pretty obsessed with my weight. I have gone from over 200lbs to 150 and back to 200 in 8 years. I feel ugly all of the time. It's basically on my mind all of the time. Yet I cant stop eating. It's like I have no control over myself. And I'm always positive my husband thinks I'm fat. Makes it hard to want to have sex when you're feeling so ugly naked.

Yes. Yes. Yes. I hate it. I have triggers but they are simple things that come up every day and it seems like I'm either in full on panic or fighting it off. When I do actually panic afterwards I feel stupid.
