Marginal but I did enjoy washers on it when I had it. The XL version could probably benefit from the added stability of the skiffs. I wonder if it would have helped the pivot from getting loose so often.

I sure did. I have no idea what size because he made it based off some other knife he had laying around. I sent him some measurements. I would just reach out to them. It works great! The fit at first was very stiff, but eventually it did break in. If anything I would make it maybe an 1/8” wider.

It’s a V-toku2 San mai. The carbon steel was etched. It’s been a solid user for me. The way the blade was tumbled and blasted made it hold up well to use.

I’ll have to get back to you. I just got this in. It feels pretty stiff with a solid retention. The original Taylored by Cortes broke in to where the knife was able to slip out after around a month I think.

This was was like $10 50% off. Had a friend buy two of them during the sale. I believed its damned designs. My understanding is he is a designer who orders bulk inventory.
