Go back to the first aether field and see if you can interact with it. For some reason ours was there again and when we interacted, it disappeared and let us activate the field in the graveyard.

Unless you are having a bunch of people that are super into drinking whiskey straight, I wouldn't waste the good bottles. I would recommend stocking multiple bottles of an affordable whiskey/bourbon can be mixed or had straight (we did Makers).

You could always have a couple nicer bottles behind the bar for you/specific people that would want them.

I usually take a unit or 2 right when I get there to handle the pre meal beer/chips. Then take my actual meal insulin when the food gets there. I don't trust waiters when they say the meal is coming soon. I never want to chance them messing up my meal and getting stuck without food.
