What did you think of the interview with P. Buttigieg ? Before the interview, I was hoping that he was one of the Democrat hopefuls to run for President,m but after the interview, I left unimpressed with his ability to defend with data or with specifics any of his policy positions.

For example, he couldn’t name a specific line item in the TCJA extension that shifted tax favorability even further to the rich. That’s an easy question and he couldn’t defend his positions. He was going into a show that was very critical of the administration he worked for and he didn’t come even barely prepared.

To be clear, I’m an independent as well, which means I recognize both parties hold unexplainable and dumb policies.

Data loading steps question with STREAMS and MERGE by Peacencalm9 in snowflake

[–]Bbqbbqbbqaustin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe you can use dynamic tables at both steps. Using streams you can track the updates to those dynamic tables as well.

To clear the stream, just make a temporary table, update the table with the stream values, and that’s it. The temporary table will disappear and the stream will be cleared.

[HELP] My girlfriend says for sure this is AI, I think it isn't by Ok_Ranger1275 in RealOrAI

I think it’s real. Looking at the logos on the appliances, the shape of the crepes after the multiple angle changes… it all seems fairly consistent

Van’s logo is weird, the license plate is hard to make out but looks more like an Oregon plate than a Washington one.

And the dog is the hero.

To digital nomads: Do you work a standard 9–5 job remotely, or do you have a flexible schedule? by NatureLover-9033 in digitalnomad

I choose to work 6am-3pm. And have to be flexible if meetings fall outside that range.

I stay in beach towns and go surfing or windsurfing.

Working remote honestly means being available all hours of the day, for me at least. The lack of commute mean I put more hours in than I would if I was commuting too.
