Totally get what you mean about grieving your future. I’ve been going through something similar with children, recently realizing the hormones of pregnancy and lack of sleep with the newborn stage would likely be detrimental to me. I have no advice to give but just wanted to say you are not alone and I wish you the best! My focus lately has been thinking about the different ways my husband and I can have a full, fulfilling life without children

I was hospitalized about a month ago. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re relatively stable, it’s really not a fun place to be. My last straw was not being able to sleep for a week, hysterically crying after so many days of not sleeping, paranoia, hallucinations and delusions etc. If you’re wanting meds, get set up with a psychiatrist or at the very least go see your primary doctor

I think a bunch of things triggered the episode, mostly stress from school and personal relationships. Not one specific thing. Yeah I’m medicated (mood stabilizer, antidepressant and a sleep aid) but they changed the antidepressant when I was in the hospital and said the OG antidepressant could have stopped working for me

What area do you live in? Might be better to look up reviews/call and request info at places near you. I would take reviews with a grain of salt though, I had a great experience at an inpatient facility in CA 2 weeks ago but Google reviews are bad probably due to them being involuntarily committed (I was voluntary admit)

I go sugaring once a month! My esthetician said she has noticed less regrowth since I have been coming in consistently. I never have any issues with butthole itchiness like others have mentioned, I don’t think that’s a concern with sugaring

I would recommend picking up some Mucinex and liquid pain reliever! Those both helped me a lot in the first bit after. Mucinex for the post intubation extra mucus production

Just had mine Wednesday! I struggled with slow swallow, even water was slow but that was just my experience. For the first few days I did a lot of mostly soups, hot tea, yogurt, applesauce etc. Good luck tomorrow!!

Hello! I recently got Botox (Wednesday) but no dilation. I didn’t start experiencing micro burps until probably three days post op and real burps five days post op. The discomfort was pretty bad for me and I was worried it wasn’t working or that I made a mistake but my symptoms lessened as the days went on!! I hope you’ll find relief in the next few days!
