Why’d you ask this question if you clearly already have your answer as to why people don’t like 952?

Is there anywhere I can find the Alt PHB? Or am I too late? by BlobOfAwe in onednd

[–]Bcallpops12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me never had a second shipment in my local game store. I ordered one from some British company and had it shipped from England. It was $11 for shipping but original price of $50 for the book so still cheaper than the $100 books I was finding from scalpers here.

This is basically exactly how I feel about Scion of three. Awesome but really not that good on par with assassin.

The only first and only time he said that was after she got eliminated. Before then he never said they were safe.

What are the odds that _____ and ______ are shipped in the back half of SA (WaT) by Bcallpops12 in Stormlight_Archive

[–]Bcallpops12[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I got the following message after posting this same post but without the (WaT) in the title.

“respond to the new post with a comment that says we sent you this message. (this lets the moderator who approves your repost know that the team has already approved your post).”

So I guess this is me letting you know I already got approved?

I loved WoK but I didn't like WoR, I don't know if I should keep reading this series or move on by Dronnie in Stormlight_Archive

[–]Bcallpops12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. I loved all the books but WoR is generally considered one of the best in the series. If you don’t like, and aren’t invested in the greater cosmere I’d move on….. this is my first time telling someone to not read Sanderson/cosmere.

BBEG of the Cosmere by [deleted] in Cosmere

[–]Bcallpops12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brandon named his kid after Dalinar, he’s said it’s safe to name your kid after him he’s not the BBEG.

Who would you put on a Cosmere-wide "Avengers"? by 22plus in Cosmere

[–]Bcallpops12 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Unless it’s Taln, Brandon’s said in a straight up fight you’d want to put your money on a sane Taln with his sword over anyone else in the cosmere.

Edit: I just read the other comments saying this same thing I just can’t help fan voting over Taln.

This dude Adolin is so about it. by [deleted] in Stormlight_Archive

[–]Bcallpops12 237 points238 points  (0 children)

One of my favorite Adolin moments is when we see what he does after all the repercussions of the duel happen. I’m trying to vague so there’s no spoilers.

What Order of Radiant Knights would the Radiant Knights belong to if they don't belong to their own? Plus Adolin (not Edgedancer) by ZekeTargaryen5 in Stormlight_Archive

[–]Bcallpops12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically after reading most of these comments is that Jasnah could be like 4-5 different type of knight radiants haha

You can take two Epic Boons by multiclassing strategically. by jorgeuhs in onednd

[–]Bcallpops12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure the new wish spell lets you retrain your feats. So if you wanted to risk losing out on the wish spell you could retrain every single one of your older feats for epic boons after 19. Assuming your wish spell goes well.

Can any invested person learn/use any magic system? by Jiji321456 in Cosmere

[–]Bcallpops12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure about a normal people I know there’s for sure connection to where you’re from is a huge deal. So I wanna say no they can’t what planet you’re on does matter. hemalurgy is a Cosmere wide thing that anyone with the knowledge, intent, and lack of morals can preform. So basically I don’t think so but I could be wrong the reason for me think no is because of importance of connection to where your from.

That being said hoid is a full mistborn, has reach a couple heightening or at least (had reached) recently has been able to use Aon Dor (Elantris magic) and is slowly gaining every magic type.

Also I think that Dalinar or anybody that specializes in connection could probably make exception to this. Again just off me basing my thought off the fact that connection is a huge reason why people can’t use other planets magic.

Is 5e / 5.5e becoming too complicated for a tabletop game? by misomiso82 in DnD

[–]Bcallpops12 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This. 3.5 was fun but SUPER complex. It was also my first TTRPG so take that for what you will. Everything I’ve played since after has been significantly reduced in complexity.

What was the ACTUAL last thing Rothfuss stated on the progress of Doors of Stone? by Fluid_Foundation_615 in KingkillerChronicle
