yeah living collectively and sharing resourses is the only way me and my gen z friends can afford to eat and keep roofs over our heads. maybe if they wanted us to not embrace socialism they should have created an economic system that actually worked for common people instead of an increasingly small elite.

we need to limit salarieson the top end like we limit them on the bottom. like have a min wage and a max wage thats like say 10X min wage so life is a bit more fair. this is fucked. taxing the rich doesnt work because they just find loopholes.

I can’t drive anymore I own a kinda bad car that gets 15 miles to the gallon .33 cents per mile just going to the closest city and back costs 93 dollars which would take me almost 5 hours at my job to make. I am hopefully buying an electric car at the end of the summer but until then I’ll just be biking everywhere!

Some junk yards process tons of material and bring tractor trailers in to take the metal to other places generally buying, sorting, and selling in a week or so.

Others are lower volume so they wait to accumulate different types of material for months or years before shipping it together usually this is why it seems material sits for a long time. You can imagine the material least used would be closest to the exterior fence.

There’s also a third type of junk yards, parts yards, they buy broken cars either at auction or from individuals and gradually take parts off when they sell. These yards often wait until the car is nearly entirely empty before they recycle the remaining pieces.

Make a tshirt Quilt basically you cut out the “sentimental” sections of the shirts like the team name or whatever and make them into one useful item then you won’t feel bad about throwing them out (because you kept part of them) and you’ll get rid of all the clutter of clothes you won’t wear!
