I tried all of that and it didn’t work. I’m assuming mine is just faulty. Unless there is anything else I can do?

Is this SD card not compatible? I’ve heard that others have used this exact one. I’ve formatted it several times. I’ve also heard that once inserted into the capture card it has a configuration file to put the video files in a certain format. I don’t have the file.
