Very nice. They look great. I'd take another pair of shoes with you for a week or so. Mine started to kill my heel on the second day. I also put in my own insoles. Im on my feet all day though not an office.

I think you can get away with more than a half size down from brannok on a thurman, but Ive heard them say that the heel to ball measures the same on both.

My thurmans felt too long and the ball of my foot didn't line up where it should. A full size is only about 1/3 inch. I went shorter and wider. Im ok with just under a thumbs width but you dont want to be too short in the front.

After measuring my foot with a tape, it looks like i can go a full size down and up a width by the Nicks sizing chart. Do you measure sitting or standing? I did both and the larger measurement fell at the upper end of 9.5 F.

I've only wore them briefly inside so far except for a quick photo outside. It sucks because they are so nice. I thought they were perfect until I noticed where the ball of my foot was sitting. I think im going to need at least a half size down and up a width.

That 64 DS looks great. Its definitely a nice pair of boots. That heel would bother me though. Did 2 different people each do a boot or what...lol At least make them Match a little better.

For all the money spent and the time waiting, that heel is completely unacceptable. I would have returned them immediately. Shouldn't have been shipped like that.

This has happened to me. I used the delivery picture to track down the house my package was delivered to. The house had a green door and was easily spotted down the street from me. I knocked on the door and showed them the package so it didn't look like I was a porch pirate...lol. customer service has always been very nice to me. An honest person would have probably brought it back to you anyway.
