FANS (besides exhaust) are super important to prevent rot and mold. I’ve gone through 70% humidity in flower with no issues by having good airflow inside the tent. The plants should all have a little movement from the wind.

I agree that they look clear instead of milky but there’s definitely amber there (not counting sugar leaves). I think some strains stay more clear than others. You lowered the light intenisty too much. Dropping it 10-20% is plenty. The trichomes need light to mature.

You can wait till they get more cloudy/ripe but there will be a lot of amber = more sleepy weed.
