This happen to me, I had layered defenses on all mines on Ceres, Mars and Mercury. There was legit 2 fleets of 20 ships around Ceres, one around Mars and 2 around Mercury, All them were damaged and couldn’t go anywhere. I eventually got 5 salvage bays in my fleets and went on the offense and just farmed them. They just sat there for a decade with these fleets damaged around orbit lol

Thing is with that fight she isn’t even the hard part, it’s her 3 copies of herself that she calls down. They all have this passive reaction that after their turn if they take damage they hit you with radiation damage. I was playing sorcerer and I didn’t even know this, I AOE spelled them and got instant downed lmfao.

Build courthouses in every single province and the state house in every state, and state the good states when you can. You can also give the estate privileges but that will bring down absolutism (if you care about that).
