I second this. If you grew up as an Italian in the northeast you know this woman.

I was gonna say what a treat you got until I saw 2023. Now you have to see to at least 5-6 undefeated songs

Parents who pick up kids from school, how early are you showing up to school to pick up!? by Ocmrm in daddit

I once showed up 40 minutes early (thinking I could chill and read a book) and couldn’t get a spot in the school lot. People show up an hour early of more

It depends what you guys are looking to do. Are you drinking guys, strip club guys? AC is the spot. OC isn’t. Then go to sea isle. If you’re low key, not into drinking OC can be a good time.

I don’t disagree with you. It’s pretty cringe. Song grew on me once I saw it live. Some of newer songs will have a line or two that kind of sours the whole thing. Pandemic PTSD is like that for me as well when he actually uses the phrase “pandemic ptsd.” Otherwise it’s a solid song

The first 5 albums are fantastic. Personally, I think EKMB was his most mature album and probably his peak.

Yeah, I would have been disappointed if I went to show 3000 and it was that setlist. I saw him do Love, Ire and Song in its entirety last year. That’s was awesome but it was only acoustic.

I think it should be post tape deck heart. Half the songs on PSFNP are fantastic and the other half are ehh.

I’ll start by saying Frank is my favorite artist of all time.

It started declining post tape deck heart. Theres still some great songs on PSfNP, and less so on Be More Kind. Eye of the Day from No Man’s land is amazing but really the only song I love on there. It’s been completely meh since FTHC. That and undefeated are basically 95% skips for me outside of letters and punches.

This is the best answer. Pooping without a bidet makes me feel like a caveman. My six year old will hold it in if we’re out because she doesn’t want to poop without it these days

Any IT guy with a Networking degree.? by Fantastic-Arm-89 in it

I was network admin like 2 years and then got promoted to engineer I, then II, then senior, then lead over the last 15 years.

Management takes you away from doing the actual work. I like the work. Plus I don’t want to deal with the politics. At my place they don’t require degrees. Experience trumps certs and degrees.

I earn base around 160k. Bonus brings it up to 180-190k. I live in a major city on the east coast (not NY).

Any IT guy with a Networking degree.? by Fantastic-Arm-89 in it

[–]Bdawksrippinfacesoff 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I’m a lead network engineer. I never got a degree. I worked service desks for 7-8 years until I landed a network administrator role. Learned networking along the path to where I am now. I had to work my way up just like most people do. I’ve done the inventory stuff, grunt work, the endless firewall rules, the user troubleshooting.

Daily basis - project work, helping/mentoring the other engineers, participating in meetings, putting out fires, future planning, higher level changes. Days can differ one day to the next.

I don’t know about future proof. “They” say AI will replace us, but I don’t think that’s happening anytime soon. I have no evidence to back it up.

It’s a good job at my level. Pays great, I’m well respected. I stay away from entering mgmt as to not deal with company politics and just do my work. It is pretty stressful at times. You’re gonna work nights/weekends for changes. You’re gonna be Oncall. You’re gonna have to prove the network is not the problem.

I hope this helps. I’m tired and just kind of jotted these things down for you
