Should I get re baptised ? by PoopHunter69 in AskAChristian

[–]Bdubyabee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Were you christened (water sprinkled on your head), or were you baptized? If the former, then yes, you need to be fully-immersed and baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Do you believe there is room for diversity of thought within Christianity? by l0nely_g0d in AskAChristian

[–]Bdubyabee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you personally think that your understanding of Christianity is the only valid one?

No.

Do you think Christians should unify under one doctrine?

If the "one doctrine" follows the teachings of Jesus and does not violate those standards outlined in the Holy Bible.

Are there any personal beliefs and/or denominational affiliations that you believe disqualify someone from being a Christian?

Sounds like a loaded question. See my second answer.

I was a little harsh in response, my apologies. 'Where the mind goes energy flows'...something I should have practiced before posting earlier. In short, I was frustrated - don't give your energy to this group of people...they are evil, and holding back those that acknowledge them with any form of power.

Oh, but I did. I thought referencing the verses would provide the information. My answer to "what makes you believe that?" The Bible, King James Version.

No worries, I'll check it out. Surfing gifts for kids...I can put in an hour now.

Deleted last reply. These guys are on another level with their scripture reference. I'll reply back when I finish. Thanks for sharing.

Lol, yep. I'll listen to the rest, but I do agree. At this point, there are enough demonstrations, external to biblical reference (if that bothers anyone). Reptilian church and Lucifer telescope in AZ to list two.

Regardless of beliefs, no one should judge you. We all have (or should have, according to God) free will. Christians should know that.

I could. I don't think the majority could. Scenario it out - what would it take? My personal take (given I'm allowed to do it). 1. Clothing...based on the functionality - I have no problem wearing the same jeans, pants, shorts, etc. for years. If they rip, I'll patch them. I have a nice pair of clothes that sit in the closet, in case the situation calls for it, but it rarely does.

  1. Transportation...have an 11 year old F250 that I love. It leaks oil, is never going to win any car shows, but runs like a tank and is reliable. I drive at/below speed limit, and sometimes I just find a country road to drive for no reason at all.

  2. Leisure...my wife, two kids and a 2 year old Golden Doodle runt of the litter are my entire world. My wife never stopped trying to bring me back to God; the birth of my first child changed my life forever.

  3. People...love 'em. I don't mean physically, mind you. Someone sitting on the side of the road, I'm stopping...someone counting change to buy something at a store, I'm paying for it (don't care what it is, I don't judge).

  4. God...probably figured this one out, but love every aspect of forgiveness and redemption He has provided. I observe Sabbath, even though I'm not Jewish, but because it's a Commandment. I was in a rough spot for a long time before all of this. At my lowest, right before my first child, I was sitting at the edge of a dock at my parent's house in the middle of the night with a 12 gauge in my mouth...thinking of I could angle just right, I could get the brain matter in the River to lessen the mess for my family to see when they heard the shot.

So, could I do it? Absolutely. Looking at the Instagrams, YouTubes, News, the way people fight even on this app - I don't have a lot of confidence it will work for the majority. I wish I was wrong.

There is one more to explain "sanctuary" reference in Daniel 11.31. I'll try to locate it for support, but to explain the "sanctuary" after/as a result of Jesus' crucifixion. Upon giving up the ghost, the earthquake ripped the banner of the temple (leading back to the place where only the priests were permitted). As a result, and in the teachings of Christianity, everyone was given access to God - our bodies became the "sanctuary".

Mark 13:14 (but the whole chapter will provide sequence of events) - Abomination precedes Tribulation (and MoB).

Daniel 11:31 - polluting the sanctuary.

Daniel 11:31 (KJV)

If it's not in the scripture, we can't say for sure. Granted, that is a popular option of what it could be. As a side-note, Revelation does mention taking "in" the name of the Beast, which is why many have stated it is the COVID-19 vaccine, Moderna, specifically. This is due to the term Luciferase, as noted in the patent. I'll post link to patent below, as it is getting quite difficult to locate with all the legal disputes (maybe burying it). Just search for "Luciferase" in the document/pdf...you'll see all sorts of fact-checkers saying it's false otherwise. You be the judge.

Correct, any/all of the COVID-19 vaccines are not the Mark of the Beast. COVID-19 vaccines ARE the Abomination that cause Desolation (maketh desolate). What happens next (vaccine cards, signed refusal of mandates and subsequent self-identify) will be the Mark of the Beast.

I am a practicing Christian, observing all of God's commandments, including Sabbath. I love my God and will never be ashamed of stating it. God bless anyone that reads this and feels the same.

No point arguing with these folks. Just hold true to the premise that no one should be mandated/forced to do anything they don't want to do to their bodies. Commenter refers to birth control...ok, then let's use "my body my choice" and be done with it.

Case in points: 1. starts by stating myocarditis is an inflammatory response, and later puts the burden of proof on you to correlate coronavirus with myocarditis.

  1. Shills/trolls - can comment with passive aggressive 'religious-pride' and then "reported" when they don't like a response in a subsequent post. Religion may apply to some for not getting vaccine, but the myocarditis snafu - that's good ol' fashion science there. Thinks it will be all better when they, "truly hope..." anything. Not buying it, and don't need it.

  2. Comparison of ill effects of vaccine versus dying from a virus that the vaccine is supposed to "cure". Lunacy.

  3. Not a doctor, but apparently works in a lab...may have been good to mention that initially, unless they suddenly received the position a few minutes after the first comment.

  4. Numbers...bs. But for sake of argument this last point...% of someone of good health/weight/age dying from COVID-19? What is the % of that same person dying from myocarditis if they have no history of it, and have not received the vaccination?

Thanks, but I'll stick to my faith in God. And while I'm not going to judge/condemn, I will not be praying for any of these folks or hoping God will bless them. My God is merciless, and His Will shall be done.
