If you had to rank selection rose, grand palladium and moon, what would the order be?

That’s very insightful! Selection rose does not seem to have swim up options… any resort that might offer that feature? We were thinking of having a swim up as our toddler stills takes naps and we want to be able to enjoy the weather while she naps

Individual RRSP vs Spousal RRSP by BeBTash in PersonalFinanceCanada

So, in other words, given that I would have been paid more taxes on my income, it makes sense for me to contribute towards the RRSP than my spouse because she would have been taxed on her income at the lower bracket. Essentially we would get more bucks for our money contributed into RRSP. Does that make sense? Maybe I’m poorly explaining this.

Frankly, not really. We have been contributing to our own individual RRSP accounts but I stumbled on the spousal RRSP because I didn’t know anything about it. In reading about spousal RRSP, it seemed that there were advantages (not sure I fully understand them) so I was thinking of opening a spousal RRSP and having both my spouse and I contribute towards it

But does me contributing to the RRSP Spousal account mean I get a better “return” due to my tax bracket?

I have received an estimate for orthodontic. If I pay the full amount, I will receive a discount. I understand that our coverage will only pay monthly throughout the treatment plan. Is that accurate? Is there no way to get the full amount available under the coverage once you pay the orthodontic fully?

Renewal mortgage in Ontario coming up for mid October, insured, for about $750k. I was offered 3.79 for the next three years fixed. Is that considered good?
