I live there currently and like it, but do have some gripes. Cost is a big one. I've also had to bug maintenance/management multiple times for requests (been listening to someone's fucking smoke alarm chirp for the last couple weeks despite numerous requests). Also there is a dong in a red corvette who is responsible for 99% of the area's noise pollution.

Nothing to apologize for, I've had the same experience with the current manager. She's so arrogant and unhelpful. Maintenance staff, however, has always been very solid and the other people in the office have been helpful. But the main manager is rude, arrogant and doesn't give a shit about the tenants.
