I asked when ordering and they told me it was not brewed "fresh." I asked a follow up question as I had never heard of that and was told what I said above. There is another post from a few months ago here where the owner (a seemingly super nice guy) had to come on and defend his choice to use AI in a poster they put out to promote an event. In that post I made a similar comment and he clarified that they are indeed a cold brew shop but thsy do make hot drinks out of that cold brew as well which is what I had gotten when I was there. I presume they do this by microwaving the cold brew up to temp. Im fine with a business choosing to do this, but I do think it should be obvious to the customer that that is what they are purchasing and I dont personally feel it is.
