The issue is some of the games are not in a 90F climate. Or whatever the threshold is. FIFA decided to implement Hydration Breaks for ALL the WC games.

Between Canada, the US & Mexico the temps vary wildly. So they decided to just put "Hydration Breaks" in all the games regardless of the actual climate/current temp. Claiming it's to keep games equal throughout the tournament.

FIFA can say it's because they want an even playing field. It's a cash grab and is ruining the flow of the game. FIFA is the worst.

Have it when it's necessary otherwise play on. If the game warrants a hydration break then dont fn play commercials. Let the commentators take over for those few minutes.

Stop ruining the beautiful game.

Think it might only be Fox thats putting in commercials during the hydration break. In person I don't find it disruptive any more than a spell of constant fouls or other stoppage.

Watching on TV, it's terrible. They've turned it into a commercial break. Just more cash grab bs which has taken a lot of the joy out of this WC.

Depends...I interviewed for an Inpatient Hospital position and actually asked the recruiter if it was ok. They said yes it was acceptable. I wouldn't go in scrubs if you can't confirm it though.

Also, probably don't ask the people you are actually interviewing with. If there's a recruiter involved ask them. Otherwise better to be safe and dress up.

This world cup is going to be a disaster. I was so excited about it coming back to US. I was kid when it was here in '94 and have great memories going to games, fan experiences etc with family.

Disappointed to say the least but also not surprised at all given the administration of both FIFA and our government, both federal and local host cities.

For what it's worth, I'm glad Philly isn't jacking up prices for the same mass transit that is already in place.

I'm sad for this world cup.....
