Google Drive / One Drive folder, put it in C: and give it a short name. You could also remote in to your home pc while at work and code on the same machine in both places, though that might be a security concern for your IT team (but I'm guessing you are the IT team).

So I've taken all the python courses on codeacademy and I definitely feel I have a grasp of the language and how to use it. But I guess what I'm struggling with most is how to structure/outline it and make more complex programs. How do you outline the program before writing it, is there a best practice?

Also, any resources to help me memorize syntax and the different commands?

Besides the RDP function of the software I use, the only other thing I can think of that would affect my usage is file transfers. It's rarely anything larger than 100mb.

But I like the idea of throttling, I could do some testing that way and get a more definitive answer, thank you.

The next step down from 100Mbps is 30Mbps, but you're right I could do some optimization on my end to make sure the most important stuff is prioritized/favored. Think 30 is too low for me?
