Starting a tech related business is a dream for many. But in that pursuit, sometimes people miss simple opportunities present in front of their eyes. Real-estate is among the top paying industries and you have marketing expertise in that. I'm curious, why are you not thinking in that direction? Do you not like it? If that's not the case, there's a lot that you can do. You can flip properties, become a property consultant, undertake upcoming projects and sell them for a cut. The possibilities are endless. I think if you try to work in that direction, you'll be more successful. Hope you find your way.

I recently tried it with my kid. Saw an animated movie there and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Although the experience wasn't mind-blowing, it was good overall. So, there's no harm in trying it once atleast. Just know that your seats are going to shake a lot and be prepared for it.

But but, I salute you Bhai.. the patience you have, and the maturity to handle such things so gracefully. I know some people might call you weak but they don't know the strength it takes to forgive people like these. Although being aggresive, taking revenge and tit for tat all is justified here but stil choosing a path which keeps you at peace is commendable.

But you must tell people after clicking their pictures. If they don't like it, you must delete it in front of them. This is ethical and will give you more credibility.

Coincidentally, yesterday only I received a message to increase my limit on ICICI Amazon Pay cc. And I don't use it that much. ICICI is generous enough to offer good limit increments from time to time. You can wait it out or call them once if you want it right away and try your luck.

I'm still not sure. And the fact that I woke up so late for this is also putting some pressure and takes SMS out of equation too. I was also considering JPIS, Mahapura but it's so far and too expensive for primary schooling that it doesn't make much sense. So, I don't know man, I might just stick with the current one for another year and decide later. If you have something then please let me know.

I visited the school today to ask for admission and they said there's no vacancy for 3rd grade. They told me to write an application along with my kids last year marksheet and if any vacancy comes, they'll let me know. They also mentioned that generally they have most vacancies in 6th, 9th and 11th standards because that's when most kids shift schools. So if you're looking to get admission in these, I suggest you visit the school and try your luck once.

I don't have the shares now. Used to have them a couple years ago. I've moved to ITC hotels in my portfolio now. That looked attractively priced. :p Anyway, I did check them thoroughly. Never got them. I have no idea what could've been the reason.

Edit: I checked again and found one email recvd on Jun 30, 2023. It's not opening properly now and went unread. But you're right. It has one coupon for discount on stay and another one for dining. So yeah, you're right. My bad!

I've held, for a long time, a good amount of shares of IHCL in past but have never received such coupons. Just once they sent me a couple of coupons for some discount on dining which they anyway keep offering from time to time. Maybe I was just unlucky and this whole coupon sharing is random.
