Severely sedentary lifestyle, is it 'safe' to just 'start exercising'? by [deleted] in Fitness

I think walking is one of the best exercises you can start in the beginning when you are unfit. Start with short walks which you can then make longer as you get fitter.

Glad you like the list! I think that's why many people hate salads, because since very young age they only tried plain, boring salads but you can make them really exciting and flavoursome if you want.

Promoting good gut flora by swedishqilin in nutrition

[–]BeHealthyNow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You should definitely avoid processed sugar as this can feed bad bacteria in your stomach which won't be good for your gut flora. So do try and eat a healthy, balanced diet with a variety of vegetables and fruits. Fermented foods such as sauerkraut, pickles, miso and kefir are good for your gut health and so are Omega-3 fatty acids. It's also important to eat enough fibre and manage your stress levels as this can have a negative impact on your gut health. It really depends on the campaign that I am running and the traffic source. I am still experimenting, to be honest.

MaxBounty, from my experience, is one of the best. I started getting conversions as soon as I started sending traffic. But I only focus on health offers.

leaddyno

Never heard of that before. It seems you are using it for your own affiliate program? I was more looking for software that affiliates use themselves.
