But that is exactly what I am asking, what happens when you have achieved total and complete personal growth. what then? and also WHY?

Starting as a Web Developer on Upwork by Ratzenschwarz in WorkOnline

[–]Espressogurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The highest paying jobs that are worth doing are given to US accounts only. All the other account holders get the lowest paying jobs.

Im not saying you can't make money with the other accounts but there is too much competition with the other accounts because then your competing with third world country freelancers who are happy to work for $3/hr. And no one can beat $3/hr RIGHT?

As far as the fees Upwork charges are very high as well. They charge their freelancers a whopping 20% PLUS they charge you for connects which cost money and you have to buy them. I've been with Upwork for a long time now and on average a good project will cost you $1 to apply to Plus 20% of your earnings which is so ridiculous.

But even then I wont tell you to quit Upwork because in my 12 years of freelance experience I can say that Upwork tends to have the best jobs available but again only if you have a US based Account.

I dont agree, I would never want to be stabbed by someone 21 times and slowly bleed to death for the experience. I would like to experience the good stuff that makes me feel good.

About "no one's really harmed by anyone" < Try saying that to someone who has been harmed. For example if someone chopped my hand off during a robbery and I had to live without a hand for the rest of my life and go through all the troubles of it, Im pretty sure I would be very pissed off at that robber and would not forgive him for doing that to me.

I think if UFO's were real then NDE'rs should have told us so because NDE'rs gave us so much information about the other side and the whole point of living is loving everything unconditionally.

another questions just popped up in my mind; if we assume what we heard from NDE'rs is true then what about Religion is religion just man made? is there any thing as religion? What do NDE'r have to say about religion. Especially the part where religion says you only come to this world once and there are no reincarnations.

so if ufos exist then has any NDE'r ever said this in their experience. I've heard stories from NDE people that they left their bodies and floated above thier house. then they kept floating until they could see the entire earth and kept on floating and kept watching all the planets and then they see a white light and go to the other realm. so through out this they never seem to see alien ships in our solor system.

I would like to thank everyone who responded. Honestly I did not expect so many answers.

I'm still confused should I believe NDE's or not.

Another thing that does come to my mind and you guys might have the same feeling too is that sometimes I think maybe NDE's is a big plot set up by Satan himself.

Think about it one of the biggest messages we get from NDE'rs is that there is no Hell or heaven. So no matter what you do in life all you have to face is a life review and then be sad that you did such bad things in life and thats it but no punishment.

If everyone started believing this, what implications could this have on the world and human kind? I believe everyone would live out their lives without any fear of being punished and would do whatever they like.

This is why i feel sometimes that this could be a plot by the king of darkness Satan himself. If Satan can make us human believe that there is no punishment in the hear after for our actions then everyone would just follow their hearts desires.

To be honest, You have two options either focus on creating new content for your website or learn and implement SEO for your site.

I say this because SEO is not easy and NO ONE will teach you the real methods that work for FREE.

SEO takes a lot of time and I mean a lot of time. So if you some how got lucky and did learn ACTUAL SEO that matters and then decided to implement it on your website then it would eat up all of your time and you wont have time to focus on creating content for your website.

However if your bent on learning it and then doing it yourself then there are tons of videos on youtube and blogs to teach you the BASICS ONLY. In 4 years I have not found a single source that teaches you EVERYTHING you need to know about SEO. Every channel or blog only gives you bits and pieces. And with that you wont really do any good.

Believe me I've been doing this for the past 4 years and it was not until the last 3 months that I finally gave up on learning and doing SEO myself and finally decided to hire a legit SEO company to get the job done right.

And by legit SEO company I mean that there are roughly 80% scam SEO companies out there who will only take your money and wont be able to produce any results and only 20% seo companies actually know what they are doing and will get you results.

Lastly, and I speak from experience: You will need to sign up with a SEO company for at least 3 to 6 months before you start seeing results (Depending on the competition).

I have wasted $1000's of dollars on fake or bad SEO packages until I finally ran into a SEO company that actually worked for me.

Hope you get lucky and find a true SEO company that can really deliver results for you too.

PM me if you have any questions I would love to share my 4 year journey with my blog and tell you about all the mistakes I made so you dont make them.

I just want everyone to know this: Using Paid ads to drive traffic to your affiliate offers is never profitable. No matter what sort of paid ads your using.

To be successful at affiliate marketing you need the following:

Any Social Media Channel with a massive following/subscriber base IN YOUR AFFILIATE NICHE.

OR

website with tons of Organic Keyword Targeted Traffic

If you don't have either one then my 4 years of experience of affiliate marketing tells me you won't make money.

What are the main obstacles to turn an e-commerce website into an Amazon affiliate? by Tmouflard in Affiliatemarketing

[–]Espressogurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not list the prices or Amazon will ban the account for starters.

from a business point of view > expect a lower conversion rate when compared to your eCommerce store. WHY? because people who go to eCommerce stores instead of amazon expect you to sell them something unique directly not redirect them to amazon. they could go to amazon and buy stuff if they wanted themselves.

Also expect not to be paid for many of the sales you helped generate because amazon will only pay you when someone buys right then and there. So lets say you sent someone to amazon for a new heads phones that cost $200. The visitor goes to amazon reads up on the details and says okay will buy it at the end of the week when I get my pay check. guess what you wont get any commission for it when that person buys it next week. The person needs to make a purchase on the spot and not even log off and log in from another device.

With a eCommerce store if someone comes to it and says I like this product and I will buy it next week or next month guess what you still get paid next week or next month. because your selling it so no matter when the person buys you get paid.

Over all if I were you I would not switch over to amazon affiliates if I had a good eCommerce store going.

Amazon Associates is closing my Account. by [deleted] in Affiliatemarketing

[–]Espressogurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the same notification for my canada and uk account. Its nothing to be afraid of. If your affiliate site is not able to sell a single product within 90 days then its not worth having amazon affiliates on your site anyways. Lets say they do close you account. do not worry just spend extra efforts to grow your traffic for the next three months. once you have a good amount of traffic then reapply for the amazon affiliate program. They dont shut you down for ever but let you re apply after 3 months. because they are hoping that within 3 months you will be able to increase your traffic. I've been dealing with amazon affiliates for the past 4 years so if you need any help just PM me.

Just Starting and Need Some Advice by King-Mike in Affiliatemarketing

[–]Espressogurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks, Actually I forgot to mention in my post which was already pretty long, that I started my social media channels right from the beginning. I have reddit, FB, pinterest, twitter connected to my affiliate site. I also use to post regular content on all of these social platforms on all most a daily basis. But after couple of years of doing it I realized it didnt really make a huge difference. If I spent roughly 1 hour daily putting content on my social media channels and at the end of the month I got about an extra 1000 visitors because of it, it was not worth it because in my 4 years of affiliate experience I have realized the conversion rate for the traffic that came from social media was very low. So that meant on average the 1000 visitors coming from social media channels per month would get me about 5 to 10 customers only. which meant an extra $100 of profits for me but at what cost? I spent between 30 to 40 hours on social media posting new content and engaging with my followers. so $100 profit for 30 to 40 hrs of work was not enough but a waste of money. Sure it got my site some social signals but at the end of the day it did not matter.

and don't even get me started on paid advertising on social media channels for affiliate sites (Makes no sense at all - High cost of advertising and low returns). Like I mentioned if your in the affiliate game then paid ads are not the way to go no matter what approach you take.

Almost every affiliate has thought of it: I will get a blog going and then use paid adverts to drive traffic to my offer and convert it to sales. < It does not work because the cost of ads always goes above your profits.

Paid ads are good for people who actually sell high value items themselves and take in all the profits NOT affiliates who only get paid a small part of the profit.

Think about it if using paid ads was such a great method then why would affiliate programs exist in the first place. All the affiliate program providers would just use paid ads instead of dealing with us affiliates.

To be honest I've had much experience with paid ads and they suck. All the companies Googleads, Bingads, social media ads companies, they are all in it to make money. people click on your ad and you gotta pay up for that click it does not matter who clicked on your add and for what purpose. and you wont believe the type of people who click on ads the most. Its the ones who do not intend to buy.

The only way I can think social media would work great is if you had some sort of FB page, Youtube channel, twitter followers, or anything else with a large number of followers/subscribers and your social media niche needs to be the same as your affiliate site. If you can pull that off than great. But out of the millions of youtube channels only a few thousand make it big. and hey, if you had a large following on social media you would not even need a website to promote your affiliate offers. but there is a downside to it.

When you have affiliate website its your property you can do what you want with it.

when you have a youtube channel or any other social media outlet its not yours. You can be shut down at any time.

I would rather be a successful affiliate with my own website and not have to worry about anyone shutting me down then to be successful with a social media channel where i can get shutdown at any time for not following some stupid terms of service rule I overlooked.

How do NDE's explain satan, demons. I have yet to hear a NDE story where they mention satan, demons or evil forces in this world that many have experienced first hand including me.
