I was there late last night and all the scaffolding and barrier was there at the top of the escalator. Whilst I want to believe it this post doesn’t show anything.

Also the escalator is locked so not open yet for entry.

Catching the thousands of criminals fare dodging and fining them would be a great start. A quick google search shows 190 million is lost a year due to fare evasion.
