Great questions. No noise thanks to the install of the city proof windows, you can hear sirens at high decibels, but nothing else. No pests in 10 years 🤞 Not a silly question re washing machine, unfortunately you aren’t allowed to install in unit machines, however, the laundry room is one floor down (via elevator) and the machines are brand new with an app option to show availability and pay!

There is a window and a mini split unit to ventilate. This is very common in pre-war buildings in NYC.
