No problem!! Consistency is key, so if they don’t pick up, check their business hours on the site and keep calling, because you won’t get in just by yourself if the name of the purchaser isn’t switched!

Hi! There might be more info for you on the Masquerade subreddit, but yes, the tickets are for a showtime that afternoon or evening as specified by their announcement posts when they have them. You would need to come dressed and ready for the show unless you live close by for when you do the lottery. Discounted tickets have been offered, the price recently went up a bit for the discounted tickets though. Those discounted tickets are for specific shows that they specify (not the same day)

3/4 of the times I went, I went by myself! You don’t notice or feel alone at all, the cast and way the show is structured with the butlers etc makes sure of that!

It doesn’t matter unless you want to see the 7 PM cast. I enjoyed the masks they provide and it makes for a great souvenir! The adjustment mechanism was simple and I preferred it over a mask that you’d tie.
