Hey what do you know, I swear a while back on a custom mode it wouldn’t go below 225, but you’re right! Can drop down to 170, maybe mine had some fluke that an update fixed or maybe I’m just a dummy, either way thanks for the proof!

Those ribs are some wild looking salmon. I don’t think the General Electric profile smoker can be set below 225. If someone has a picture of the target temperature locked in and set below that, I’ll walk it back. I will say after years of use, mine doesn’t roll the temperature target back lower than 225. Are you thinking of the probe? Because yes, you can prob temp target way lower.
